e-Commerce Strategic Roadmap Plan To be Tabled In Cabinet
The e-Commerce Strategic Roadmap Plan, will be tabled in the cabinet this month.
The roadmap covers six main purposes, including strategic investments related to the industry players, besides realigning existing economic incentives.
The roadmap’s objective is to promote national brands to boost cross-border, lift non-tariff barriers and increase adoption of e-procurement by businesses.
Currently, e-commerce in Malaysia is still in the early stages and has experienced between 10 to 15 percent growth previously.
