The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association Malaysia (REHDA) is optimistic that, 45 percent of developers will reveal their new projects in the second half of 2016.
According to its President Datuk Seri FD Iskandar, most of the projects are affordable housing, high end residences and commercial units.
The prices range between RM 200,000 to RM 1 million.
In the first half 2016, REHDA revealed only 32 percent of developers launched theirs projects.
The reduction in the number of projects is due to loan rejection, which has affected almost all price ranges.
