The Terengganu Barisan Nasional manifesto has outlined five thrusts to face the 14th general election, namely upholding Islam and religious harmony; enhancing efforts to ease the people’s burden and to build the TN50 generation to face the industrial revolution 4.0.
The manifesto, launched on Thursday, also committed to empowering education as the foundation of human resource excellence and highlighting women’s active involvement in various fields.
(Soundbite of Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi/Deputy Prime Minister
God willing, with the promises made in the manifesto, our achievements have exceeded previous records. We will not make empty promises like what is being practised by the opposition. We lost the state for one term (after the 11th general election). We must not look back (once the candidates are announced). We support whoever the BN candidates are under any circumstances.)
